HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR GLOBAL RUN

1. Register to run the global 5K HERE.

2. Download your digital race bib. You will be able to access your digital race bib on your participant page HERE.

3. Run or walk your 5K during the month of March 2021. You can run indoors, outdoors, or even on your treadmill. Be creative!

4. If you wish, report your time to be added to our global run results and to see where you rank. Submit your results on your participant page HERE. *For tracking your distance/time, use whatever app/system that works best for you. Just need the finish time.

5. Show off your achievement by sharing your photos and tagging us on social media @cougsvscancer Please use #cougsvscancer and #yirun

*Register no later than March 15th to receive your T-shirt and complete your run by the end of the March.
